We had an overall decent stay, with spacious rooms and well-kept grounds, but the experience was overshadowed by some significant issues. The hotel is quite remote and the lack of advertised shuttle service was disappointing. Although the staff was friendly, the service was inconsistent and the room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay, which was a letdown. If you’re looking for a simple place at a lower price, it might work, but don’t expect the level of service typical of other chains.
